Block Property Management

BLOCK MANAGEMENT

 

As members of the National Approved Letting Scheme we aspire to provide high levels of service to leaseholders, freeholders, landlords and tenants.

 

As part of our commitment to undertaking the block property management of your building we can provide or help assist with some or all of the following items :-

 

  • Administration and collection of service charges and ground rents
  • Administration of a dedicated clients management account
  • Service and maintenance contracts
  • Buildings Insurance (provided by our insurance broker)
  • Routine Site Visits (As frequent as is agreed with the directors)
  • Key Holding services
  • Organising landscape gardening , external cleaning and Internal cleaning
  • Organising Routine and Emergency Maintenance
  • Ensuring Fire safety standards are adhered too.
  • Administering communal utilitiy bills
  • Organising and attending Annual general meetings (or any scheduled meetings)
  • Administering Companies House paperwork.

 

Our Services are not limited to the above and can be bespoked to fit in with your requirements. We will ensure that all occupiers and lessee's are treated equally and fairly and that the pressures associated with being a stakeholder in a communal building are reduced. We would be happy to work with you in setting acceptable service level agreements including things such as emergency out of hours contact numbers, timescale's for attending to repairs or maintenance and so on.
